DESIGN GUIDELINES
Mirvac has worked collaboratively with Wollondilly Council to develop The Village, Menangle Design Guidelines to help owners, designers and builders create homes that sit comfortably within the Heritage Conservation Area.
Mirvac acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the country on which we stand, the Dharawal and Gundungurra peoples and we recognise their enduring connection to the land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
